  • Your wristbands for access to 'wristband-only' areas including all venues, trade show etc.
  • 2 nights accommodation at The Nelson Hotel, Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk NR30 3AG  (Fri 10 & Sat 11 October 2025) 
  • Full English breakfast buffet including drinks - Saturday/Sunday mornings

Hotel info*:

  • All rooms have a private bathroom. Also included per room: toiletries, towels, hairdryer, kettle (tea & coffee) & a TV. 
  • NOTE: Some family rooms may have a 'sofa bed' as one of the beds provided. 
  • Friday: check-in from 15:00 (early check-ins maybe possible - please let me know if you will be arriving early)
  • Unlimited full buffet breakfast, including tea, coffee and juice served between 08:30 - 10:00 Saturday and Sunday mornings.
  • Sunday: latest check-out Midday
  • Upper levels are accessible by lift, however if you would still prefer a lower level room due to mobility issues please let us know at time of booking.

The above prices are for non-cancellation rooms. Please contact us if you cannot attend and we will try our best to re-sell your room; there will however be a small admin fee to do this. There is no guarantee we will be able to resell.

Children's Tickets - U16 Free (1 per paying adult). If you want to book a hotel room for adults & children please contact us as prices will vary from published costs as these include adult tickets.

Please place all pre-orders by email for collection at the event by 14 September 2025. I will then send you the amount and a payment link. Clothing will need to be paid for in advance. Patches and stickers can be paid for in cash at the event. ADVANCE ORDERS NOW CLOSED - THERE WILL BE A FEW ITEMS FOR SALE AT THE EVENT OR YOU CAN ORDER TO HAVE ITEMS POSTED.
